Communication abilities

In-app notifications remain the durable source of truth. Push and email are delivery channels with their own status and suppression logs.

Reserved for future summaries and account-level messages.

Quiet hours

Push delivery can be suppressed by local quiet hours while keeping the in-app notification unread. Timezone comes from the active device registration unless the user overrides it later.

Notification row exists in the in-app log.

A channel was skipped by preference or device state.

Delivery can be handed to a provider.

Provider accepted the message.

Provider rejected the message or delivery exhausted retries.
